We start our business activity. It involves implementation of orders concerning domestic road transport. The registered office of the Company is situated in the Tarnow Voivodeship (this area is included in 1999 in the Subcarpathia Voivodeship). We have one Kamaz vehicle.
1993
We take an important step towards significant extension of the Company’s offer – we start to function on the international transportation market. We can offer transport of goods to Europe, mainly to countries situated in its western and southern part. This is associated with the need to obtain relevant permits and the extension of our fleet. We purchase DAF vehicles.
1995
We consequently implement our plans related to constant improvement of services provided which requires regular investments in new vehicles. This time we choose VOLVO.
1996-2001
Year by year, quality of our management, control and safety procedures improves. We complete our fleet on an ongoing basis – it is reliable and diverse. Promoting dynamic development brings the expected results – we enjoy a good reputation and the number of our customers is increasing.
2002
In order to adjust to the applicable legal regulations Alta-Trans obtains the certificate of professional competence.
2004
In May Poland joins the European Union which brings positive changes for enterprises operating in the field of international transportation. Thanks to the community license, our Company can provide services in all EU Member States.
2006
We purchase a lot in Żyraków. In the area of the former brickyard, our new transportation base is built. It is an important stage in the history of Alta-Trans, and at the same time a strategic decision in the context of our willingness to achieve business success. Offices, vehicle service and a warehouse are built. The advantage of the facility is its convenient location – only 1 km from the A4 motorway, being a part of European E40 route. There are approx. 900 palette spaces within the facility.
2008
We move to the base in Żyraków. We keep investing in better vehicle models.
2009
We keep pursuing the aspiration so that Alta-Trans could handle orders involving even difficult and complex transports, loads, reloads or unloads. Therefore, we purchase modern vehicles fulfilling all EU requirements. Implementation of solutions affecting an increase of the work organization level attracts numerous customers – both domestic and foreign.
2011
International road transport of goods if the main area of our operations, however a new one appears, too – petrol stations. We build one in Żyraków.
2012
Our petrol station is open in Żyraków, i.e. we expand our offer with retail sale and wholesale of gasoline and diesel.
2013
We purchase ecological tractors compliant with EURO6 and fuel tanks that enable direct fuel transport to the petrol station.
2016
We invest in another petrol station – it is created in Ropczyce.
2017
We open a petrol station in Ropczyce, where apart from gasoline and diesel, it is possible to purchase LPG and AdBlue. We also activate a car wash.
