History

23.09.1989


Alta-Trans starts its activity. The business office is located in Podkarpackie Province (previously Tarnowskie). The company possesses a Kamaz car.

1993


The company starts wider activity. The domestic transport expands into international one. Alta-Trans offers services in international transport on the basis of license and it provides transport, mainly to Western and Southern Europe. The owners of Alta-Trans decide to buy new fleet and DAF cars flow into the company.

1995


The company’s capital is constantly increasing what strengthens its position on the market. Modernization activities within the improvement of the company’s fleet lead to purchase of other trucks, this time VOLVO cars.

1996-2001


In the following years, Alta-Trans dynamically develops. The company invests in modern fleet and improves its organizational and logistics process and constantly raises the quality of the offered services.

2002


Alta -Trans adapts to new regulations by law and gains the license and the Certificate of Competence.

2004


Poland joins the European Union and new opportunities for international transport occur. Owing to communal license, Alta -Trans can provide its service within the European Union.

2006


The company purchases the site of the former brickyard in Żyraków to build a new centre. Thus, a new warehouse is built. It can hold 900 pallet places and it is located 3 kilometers from E4 route (Rzeszów – Kraków). Next to the warehouse, there are company’s offices and a car service.

2008


Further investments in modern fleet and move to a new centre.

2009


The company makes substantial investments and continually develops. The dynamic growth enables us to gain new clients, domestic and international ones. Our staff increase the prestige of the Company. The company job organization and its profits enable to expand the fleet to modern car models that fulfill all European Union requirements.
